The Kronos library sounds good, but keep in mind that it's an addition. It is not in the Kronos ROM. The Motif XF strings are not all good, but you can buy libraries for it, too, like you did. According to your reviews in the past, they are a cut above what's inside the Motif, especially the strings from Digital Sound Factory.

Hopefully, the DSP library and GPO4 will also work in the Montage.

I'm not saying these Kronos strings necessarily sound better than the Montage Seattle Strings, but regarding libraries the Montage is very, very limited in comparison to the Kronos. These add-on Kronos strings have 19GB...

Yeah, I wish Yamaha would allow many Gigabytes of Rom. Oh, well.

This pack EXs19 comes for free with the Kronos2...
