It's a simple two-page sheet music with the song and lyrics. It has a small black and white picture of Seller and Loren above the music. I hope this is the version you're looking for. By the way, what keyboard are you using yourself if you are using one ?

Yes indeed, it's very hard to find original 50s 60s music sheets. Good old England is one of the best places to find rare gems.

To answer your question, presently I'm using an old Yamaha Clavinova digital piano.

I have loads of sheets goodness had me beat however if I can help with something you might want just let me know
