Isis, Kinda good

After many hour's in thought I decided to buy a Isis(Maxi Studio) Card with Break out box for my PC. Well the Card work really well, but the Break Out Box will have to go back to Manafacture again for the second time. I am having problems with the outputs.
Just wondering if anyone else has had any similar problems???
