WTF WITH SYNTH MOD???

k i've been playing keys for a long time
I recently got a weird korg EA-1 synth mod for a birthday gift. I hooked it up through midi to a kurzweil sp88 I have. The only thing is it will only play 1 note at a time. I wanna know If i did somthing wrong hooking it up or if i can only play one note. If so that sux answer soon.

The KORG EA-1 is a two part MONOPHONIC instrument . It's meant to digitally mimic the analog monophonic synthesizers of the 70s and early 80s . It's not a problem , it's just that module is designed for a specific purpose like leads and bass sounds .
