I try to record in Cubase(VST v.3.7) from my Roland EM2000. It works but somehow it doesn't record all the Control Messages(CC00, CC32 & Program changes)
It seems EM2000 is sending all of them but I see onlu Expression(CC11) sometimes.
Please can someone help me?
Many thanks
L

Hi Cape, have you tried to record to floppy first then take it across to Cubase and it will be a Type 0 file. Just remix it and save it as a Type 1 file and you should get all your Programs in there. Hope this helps.

Thanks Wheelie !
Of course I did it the way you say. Recording first to the internal sequencer of EM2000 after then editing in Cubase.
I' wondering why it doesn't work straight from the arranger to Cubase (I mean it works, but not all the Ctrl changes are recorded and it seems the EM2000 doesn't transmit in the same time the arranger data with the melody channels.
Strange and all the Roland people are silent..
All the best
