Hello everybody!

Recently, I have been experimenting with the guitars on the Yamaha PSR740...There are so many guitars on the Yamaha PSR740 - it is so hard to choose!

Also, I have been trying to understand and study the numerous styles that contain all of the different guitars offered by the PSR740. Since I do not know how to play the guitar, I would like to learn more about the guitar and what methods are used to play a real guitar. Then, I would like to apply those methods and techniques that guitar players use to the keyboard to make the guitar sound authentic - like as if someone is really playing a real guitar.

Also, I have some questions regarding some guitars:

1) Do you know of any resources where I can learn more about guitars in general? I need resources pertaining to acoustic and electric guitars and what style of music each guitar is specifically used for.

2) There are so many electric guitars on the PSR740! What is the difference between the feedback, overdriven, distortion guitar, muted guitar, crunch guitar, and the stackcrunch guitar? What is each individual guitar mainly used for (ex. what music style?)

3) Also, if there are anymore resources where I can learn more about all the different acoustic and electric guitars, please let me know.

Again, I really would like to learn more about the guitar and how to play it so that I can apply the techniques used by guitar players to the PSR740! Thanks in advance everyone for your help and I am looking forward to your advice!

See you around and enjoy your day!
Ryan
