I'm not so sure ... I think the person who buys this is going to have a real attachment to Marshall amps, and therefore the spouse would be accepting also ...
It could even be the spouse who buys it for the musician in the family ...

We never know about things like this ... we have friends whose son married a young lady from Texas ... He's a big NY Yankees fan and for a wedding gift she bought him two seats from the second Yankees Stadium when they tore it down for his 'man cave'
