How wonderfull could it be if Casio took over Ketron
There is a reason Korg and Roland arrangers where born in Italy.

If Casio would take over Ketron
Ketron could concentrate on what they do best
Creating styles and sounds
And improving and innovating their engine and interface.

While Casio would finally have the things they are so badly missing
A high quallity style engine
And high end orchestral sounds..
While using their product range and network to spread the Ketron legacy around the globe.

Now, i am never a big fan of merges, but this could be a huge step forward for both companies. And personally i think the people at Ketron would be much happier if all they needed to concentrate on was the creative process. No more commercial or support issues. Just their core buiseness

And Casio would finally have the quallity to compete with the big 3.

Not a bad idea, but Casio would have to clean house, big time, to make the company viable.

Hi Bachus ,

It seem so innocent but this item is not innocent .

You are saying here Casio is not good and Ketron is not good .

Again you think you are the Judge to pronounce a verdict about
Ketron and Casio .

You do not own a Ketron and you do not own a Casio .

What you are doing here is again bashing arranger keyboards .

There are many Casio players and there are many Ketron
players who are very happy with their instruments .

Again I must say Bachus you are trying to keep potential
buyers away from arrangers .

You are the wrong man on this General Arranger Keyboard Forum .

Let Casio be Casio and let Ketron be Ketron .

Please Bachus go to a Forum for Vacuum Cleaners and show there
your knowledge about these great instruments for keeping
our houses clean .
Maybe they need you as a Judge there .

Strange you didn’t dare to attack me like this on psr tutorial
Knowing you would be banned for personal attacks?

Please stop your personal cruisade..
Things like this don’t end up friendly

And stick to the facts and the topic
Thats at least what i allways do
You may not agree with my opinion
Well thats very good.. we can’t allways agree on everything
But a personal cruisade against a person, even follwing hime to another forum?
I don’t think thats very nice.

Now please go back to your Genos and enjoy it.

I don’t know Russ..

The parts that curently hurt Ketrons postion are mostly marketing, communication and support... if Casio took over, that would be solved. Then all Casio needs to do is appoint so,eone in charge of quallity controll... or even better, do the quallity controll in Japan.

Where Ketron rocks, is musicallity and innovation... if you want to keep that part, you should not have to many changes..

Its not new for Japanese companies to make a base in Italy for added musicallity and innovation. So did Roland. And Korg is still doing so. There must be a reason for this.
