I'm just full of problems! I recorded a song, finally nailed it after about 20 takes. I had a transpose DOWN two half-steps in the third verse. In the recording, it sounded odd. It went UP, then back down to the original key. I then tried a sample and confirmed it does not work right. Then I did a transpose UP and it didn't work either. I could just play the transposition like a piano player would with the real keys and I can eventually get that right (I'm not a good player) but, I would like to know if this is a known liability in the s900 (or with all arrangers). Thanks.

Bill, as we discussed, I don't remember that being a problem, but you might get more help at the forum on psrtutorial.com

Found this on tutorial:
function-controller---keyboard/panel---transpose assign (keyboard)-------this will do your transpose on record for you.
