Hi All,

I sold my Roland E500 6 months ago and have keep keyboardless since. I haven't played for a while now and my friend is selling me his Roland E-86. If u have used or know about the E86 please tell me anything u can about it. What are the dimensions and weight ? Does it have a 16 track sequencer ? Does it sound poor compared to my ex E500 ??
IS the screen really that bad? Anything else??

I forgot the most important question of all. What happens to the hundreds of music styles i have on disk and on my computer all stored in MSA format ...will they work on the E86 ???? I really need to be able to use some of them : (

Hi, I used to have an E86 and an E500. I really liked a lot about the E86 better than the E500.....even though the E500 was newer. You can edit sounds on the E86 and not on the E500 for instance.

The E500 had a newer style format, but I'm pretty sure you could use the styles on the E86. It's been awhile so I'm not positive.
