Hi, We are reaching out to you since you contacted Korg USA Product Support explaining that you were having an issue connecting your Korg device to your PC computer which was running Windows 10. Korg Inc did report that there was an issue with the Korg USB MIDI driver and the latest version 1903 of Windows 10. We are happy to announce that Korg Inc released this morning the new Korg USB MIDI driver which will resolve your issue. The Korg USB MIDI driver is available at the link below. https://www.korg.com/us/support/download/driver/1/285/3541/ Thank you for your patience and understanding.
