deatonent Member Registered: 05/28/00 Posts: 292 Loc: Tazewell, VA, USA	Hey Fran, When I play my midi files in Tyros 2 they sound as they should (correct program changes). But when I play the same files on my Roland VR700 all the voices are wrong. I seem to remember facing this issue several years ago when I had a Roland D10 and a Roland RA 90. However, the "fix" has faded away over the years. I use Protools and PowerTracks Pro Audio to generate and edit my standard midi files. What do I need to adjust to make them Roland ready? I'm on this endless quest for keyboard technology in hopes that it will magically transform my abilities to the next level. I'm on to the next best thing before I even scratch the surface of the technology that is already in my hands. You think I would have learned by now. I had a Roland G-70 and sold it long ago. What you are listening to is superb MUSICIANSHIP, and superb mixing skill. And no gear can give you either of those! _________________________ An arranger is just a tool.
