Instrument used is the Wersi Gala which is part of the CD line that Wersi introduced to the market in around 1987.

If you like his playing style there is many other videos of Florian playing the Gala if you do a quick search on YouTube.

Enjoy

Bill

His playing is very good but that sound is very very aged. It reminds me of the Alpha 350DX I built around 1982 (and played for only one year)
Florian needs an upgrade to state of the art equipment.

Bill,
Reminded me of the concerts I attended in the late 90s Given by Byron Jones,Do you Know of Him.Still is a great sound and well played.
I am looking at the new Pegasus wings as a future purchase.Might be the best of both worlds.

Gilbert.

The CD line was the follow on from the DX line (Of which the Alpha was part, it was also the first instrument I actually owned and built) and so is now well over 20 years old, however like the Yamaha HX1 it had many ground breaking features for its day, (Its total ROM memory was 128KB with 32 notes of polyphony) which is why many owners fell in love with them, and hang on to them. (HX1 owners are the same)

Anyway

Here is a Beatles medley

And here is The Girl from Ipamena
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2FUa7xFqQA

This is a style of playing that I like, as he is using just a simple backing (No fancy orchestrated style here) and enjoying playing, which is the type of performance I like.

NOTE: He is also just plays by ear.

Enjoy

Bill

Hi Gilbert
Byron Jones is still going strong and is now playing the Wersi Scala.
Full details can be found here http://www.blpintl.co.uk/welshwizard/Home.html

It will be interesting to see what Music Store has done with the Pegasus Wing (Besides reduce the price) and will certainly be worth looking out for. (Due for shipment in November)
You will also be able to compare it side by side with all the other Arrangers out there (Including the T4) as Music Store stock the lot.
Regards

Bill

I am affraid that Music store has removed all that is open from the Pegasus...

And build an organ keyboard with the typicall Wersi sound.
