Yes, editing has been temporarily disabled due to some people posting comments they shouldn't then editing them away when things hit the fan. I have mentioned previously that if I was seeing enough instances of that happening I would turn editing off. I will leave it off for a while and then perhaps re-enable it if I think people are able to post in a more responsible manner.

Why not just leave it off permanently, Nigel? I can do without.
