Hi,
www.synthzone.com/midi/technics/kn7000/KN7000SongToStyleIndex.pdf

The PDF file references a "90's 8 Beat" that was an Internet download. The suggested songs are:

Granny Bring the Candle Closer
Ice Castles
The First Time I Ever Saw Your Face

Does anyone know where this rhythm style can be downloaded and if it's still available?

Thanks,

Anthony

Hello,

I'm not sure, but the rhythm could be at the following link to be there.
http://www.technics-music-service.de/downloads/index.htm

Choose at "select instrument" CN 7000th
Then you STYLES & REGISTRATIONS shown, which you can download.

Thanks HarryG for the link.

I looked into your suggestion, and could not find it there. However, it could be in one of the custom files under the KN7000.

I have the PR804 and it wasn't design to use the custom type files *.AST. That said, the style I'm looking for could be there, but I wouldn't be able to tell.

Again thanks,

Anthony

Hello Anthony,

I've just looked at my "Strictly Nineties" floppy disk which is part of Technote's Music Disk Series. The label reads as follows:-

"For Technics KN6000, KN6500, PR603, PR703 & PR903.

STRICTLY 90's

8 Beat Soul 8 Beat Pop
Soft Soul Shuffle
Live Reggae Modern Ballad
Hip Hop Shuffle 2
Vintage Funk Rhythm & Blues
ALL STYLES (KN6000/KN6500 ONLY) TE3001H"

Bill Norrie's website has all the Technics styles on it which are free to download, so I would suggest you visit it to see whether it is listed.

Bill's web address is:- www.willumspages.co.uk

Thanks Audrey:

I got all Bill's styles on the website you mentioned, and unless I overlooked something I could not locate the 90's 8 Beat. Maybe the style is there, but under an AKA name?

Anthony

Hello Anthony,

Your email address is not available, but if you would like to email me, I'll try and send you a copy of my 90s Disk.

Had a problem recently and not too sure whether my PC is working properly yet.
