Hi everyone, I'm new here! I need some help - I own a Technics KN2400 and will soon be buying a new computer. However, I seem to have misplaced the CdRom with the software and, more importantly, the USB driver.

Does anyone know if a connection can be made between the keyboard and my computer WITHOUT the USB driver? If not, does anybody know where I could obtain a copy of the driver and if possible the software, or if I could have copy mailed to me? Please email me at nick_cmkit@yahoo.co.uk (it has more inbox space!) Thanks very much!

Hi Nick and welcome to the Technics Forum

You can download the entire content of the 'Applications and Drivers' CD from my website. Go to the Tech Tips page and the CD content is available in Tip number 15. You can then burn a new CD from the files.

Hey Bill - thanks for that!! I'm assuming that the software and driver for the KN7000 are the same for the KN2400 yea?

Cheers mate, much appreciated!

As far as I'm aware, the software is compatible and should work OK

Many years ago, I spend a couple of years in your beautiful country. I was stationed near a small town called Tampin - in between Seremban and Malacca - happy days !!
