Some of our people have been missing page 2 of the original post. We need to finalize now. Please read and post your preference.

My count is 18 people:
Bernie-2
Harry-2
John C-2
Bob H-1
Willum-1
Roger-1
Fran-2
Heather-2
Dan-2
Gary V-1
Jack-1
Jim H-1
That would mean about $25 per person for conference room for two days. The Quality Inn wants to get back to us with food options that could change this.

I think we should go with the known quality accommodations, but we need to have feedback so we can finalize and get our reservations in.

Bernie

I concur with Bernie. For those who missed page 2 regarding the Jam information, I've posted all the info. regarding the Quality Inn, including room rates etc. Kate Roman stressed the importance of getting your reservations in early so that she can block off the required number of adjacent rooms. There are some other small details to be attended to (which I will do) but I really need to know that the decision is to have it at the Quality Inn.

When I attempted to get this started last spring I sent a questionnaire to all that attended the last Jam. I asked about food and the consensus was: each to eat and pay for their own food. They did like the idea of the group making reservations at a good restaurant, like we did at the first Jam.

As far as choosing the facility, Dan, Heather and I made that decision. It is hard for someone not seeing the facility, to cast a yea or nay.

I trust in Bernie and Jim's judgement.

BOOK IT!!

Everything that those who will be attending need is on the previous 2 page post, on page two (contact info, telephone/fax numbers, etc.) If there is ANYTHING that anyone needs (directions, etc.) no matter how small, email me directly at jameshelwig_2000@yahoo.com and I will get back to you immediately. If you prefer to phone, call 1-863-382-6816

Hi all,

Sorry I've not been on here for a while. With the stuff going on with my mother (she in the care of Hospice at my sisters) and having guest durning New Years I've not kept up with everything that been developing, but it sounds good.

I'll put together a quick webpage with the info. I don't think it need to be as elaborate as last years. I'll post when it's done.

I thought I would enter the link to our JAM location. PLEASE NOTE: Don't use it to reserve your rooms as you are entitled to a discount.
