Hi,

No the software is released in October and every customer gets the latest version 1.10 by email, incl. release notes. The tool is not guaranteed to work under Win98 or Windows ME. I had negative test results, but we have one customer with Windows ME who got it working. Maybe for Windows ME is depends heavily on hardly and USB drivers for the reader.

For Windows 2000 and especially for Windows XP Home and Professional Edition the tool works phantastic and many customers have called it the "Must-Have" tool for every KN7000 and KN2600 owner.

The browser probably doesn't show the Euro sign correctly. That is what the C is meant to be. Until the new year the original price of 39.95 Euro, i.e. approx. $51 dollars. However via Paypal you can pay in any currency. And Euro suits me best. Otherwise I have currency conversion loss at the bank and do I have to set the price higher. We want to keep the price as low as possible. But like a little ROI to compensate for the hundreds of hours that we have put in specifying, designing, developing, prototyping, testing, marketing, etc.

Kind Regards, Fred

Hello,

On the web: http://kn-sdexplorer.has.it there is apart from the regular buy button also a donation button in the bottom of the page. Also payments via this button can be done directly via credit card, so without having you to take your own PayPal account.

And why do I tell this?? Well, I decided to put the money that I receive as a donation in a funding for the Tsunami victims in Asia. I have a direct connection with somebody of AWF: http://www.awf.nu/ which means minimal overhead: all money is well-used.

AWF is linked with the C&MA USA organisation: http://www.cmalliance.org/

Help me help them. I of course already made my own donation for the help in Asia.

Regards, Fred http://www.kn7000.net/Fred_Mellink

P.S. Also on my personal website http://vision4life.shows.it I have placed PayPal donation buttons for collecting money for charity. Also funding on these donation buttons will be directed to direct help in Asia.!!

My contribution was made on line directly to the Red Cross International Tsunami diaster fund. Quick and easy and a receipt for income tax deduction and you know the money will be used entirely for what it was contributed for.

Hello,

I am sorry to tell that a possible version 2 of our KN-SDExplorer tool is delayed again for several reasons. Gert Jan is ill again. And also we haven't had any customers anymore for many, many days. Only support time investment.
The new version was planned to offer MIDI and CST support. I cannot give any indication on possible release date yet.

Regards, Fred
