Hi, well I guess there is always something new to learn.

I have just started to use Favorite Songs from the SD card. I press the yellow SD button -- on the left side of the screen I press Favorite Songs. 40 banks of 9 to store, great.I set the banks with my songs then on a reload and I find changes.

Problem?? Where are the 40 banks of 9 being saved on the SD save Technics list? When I load my own work, I find changes in the Favorite Songs. Where is the controll? I can't find the answer anywhere in my books.

Any help would be nice, Thanks,John C.

It is my understanding that it is a compilation of shortcuts from the original locations.

As Bernie states, the 'Favorites' are a short cut to a particular file. It's very handy to organize sets of 9 songs. For example you might want to put short cuts to 9 'Sinatra' songs in one Favorite Bank. They will remain there as long as you do not move or delete the orignal file. If you move or delete an original file, then the 'Favorite' bank will not be able to find that file and therefore it will show as blank.
