Are the KN keyboards available in Norway and Denmark? Here in Sweden they dissapeared shortly after KN6000 was introduced. As an old organ player I really had liked to see the 7000 here but sadly that is probably hoping for to much.
Guess it will be a Tyros instead.

Hi tonkan.

Some time ago, there was a topic at another
Technics forum about where to find Technics
dealers in Sweden, and some rumours about
the main dealer was closed down.
I wrote a mail to the Norwegian importer and
General dealer, and below here is a quote of
my translation of that reply.
Most probably the situation is about the same
today, but regarding to Denmark, I really don't
know.

---Quote - (Hopefully correctly translated) ---

"Svensk Musik AB" are in business as usual, and
it's nothing who look like they either need to
be sold or will be bought by others. The sales is
good, both in instruments and other equipments.
This is what we know Friday 07-12-01.

But the Technics sales is very slow in Sweden
due to the price levels and hard competition
between the Trade Marks.
A answer to the question about why not any new
KN model available, could be to give the factory
a signal about that it have to be a reduction
of pricelevel to meet that competition.

We have no information about what Music Dealers,
or where in Sweden you can buy Technics keyboards,
our business is concentrated about the Norwegian
market.

The Technics sales in Norway have been, and still
are very good, and we have no signals about that
the Technics music division are going to be shut
down.

--- End Quote -----------------------------------

Hope this is for any help.

I found Svensk Musik AB and sent them an email asking about the KN7000. We'll see if they answer.

Thanks

I've already got an answer!

For the moments there are no plans to bring the KN7000 to Sweden.
The answer I did expect .

I live in Stockholm so Norway isn't really close but maybe I will have some business in Oslo some time.
