I have some questions about the expander for the SoloEX. Well,
basically, it adds 6 ins/6 outs to the existing system.

1) Does the 6ins come supported with pre-amps? If so, what
kind of pre-amps?

2) Does the SoloEX with the expander interface correctly to a
mixer?

3) Has anybody used the expander? If yes, what is the general
impressions? What mixer do you use it with?

What are other 8x8 sound cards is recommended other than
Delta1010 over the SoloEX/Expander?

For the benefit of other people, and since I purchased the expander already, I would like to reply to my own questions.

1) NO! The only thing they come with is a switch to switch it between -10db and +4db. But that is it. Preamp is really needed.

2) at least the 6 ins of the expander do. I do not know about the original two inputs.

3) any powered mixer. It is good value for the money.

4) For the money? there are almost none!
