I am new to controller keyboards,and can't figure out how to access Banks B and C. I have no trouble with A,since it is the default bank.

It says "control change 00, value=1" for Bank B. I have an Axiom with "LSB" and "MSB" buttons. Do I leave them at o ?, and is the "value" a CC command ?
