Don't know if this applies to all Audya's
According to my dealer, the way to restore the Audya 4 to ORIGINAL FACTORY DEFAULT:

Turn off unit.
Hold F10 key and UNPLUGGED button at the same time.
Turn on the Audya 4 and wait for screen prompt.
