Can anyone direct me to instructions for what I need to do to restore an SD7 back to it's out of box from the factory condition?

The only way I know to do what you want is to have a backup of the "Out-of-the-Box" condition - before you did ANYTHING to the keyboard. Then you simply restore that backup to the SD7.

Stephen, I do have a backup of the original setup and I'll email it to you. I'm not sure if a backup from one SD7 will work on a second SD7 but you can try.
