Cannot load a pat from floppy to flash memory. Screen says:
"5 pat flash err"

Bad Flash memory which might need to be replaced. Do you have the optional 2MB Pattern Flash installed (Take that out and try again if yes).

Remember my XD3 had exactly the same problem

And then you soldered something together and fixed it.
