Hi
I have a Generalmusic SX3 Keyboard and what i had thought to be Keyboard pads needing renewing(Some notes not playing)I have found that the 8 notes E2 to B2 are completely dead has any one had this problem, and whats the cure?.here in the uk its difficult to get anyone to repair it

Freddy, have you ruled out...that the note to arranger[NTA} zone may be that active area and ...the arranger mode is turned off..?

Have you tried a factory reset?

Thanks Fran for the quick reply, how do I get to the arranger NTA Zone and how do I factory reset the machine

Freddy, sorry I don't have a GEM board, but maybe Dave[US GEM rep] will help you..

I use primarily Roland, and there is a NTA page. I am sure GEM is similar..
As for reset, maybe going into global will show the factory reset..or Utilities...Good luck..
