I know this might be late, but for future keyboards with speakers, will be nice to have to separate master volume controls: one for speakers and one for external output jacks. This is very important in live performance and professional studio recording.

What else might be nice...
outlets for small gooseneck point lights, for some of those venues that aren't that well lit, and you gotta do some fast program changes during a gig.
A pedal change works fine but personally I've already got 1:volume 1:sustain/damper 1:sequence on/off and an RP200 for guitar work, so it's already a little cramped down there.

both ideas are absolutely great, two volume slides/knobs, and the light outlet.

I wish you guys would post this in the general arranger forum because this is good for any keyboard not just GEM.

cheers
