Hello,
For a while now I have been putting together a home studio built around creating a virtual rock band. No real instruments except for my voice. Everything is based on samples and sound modules. This short 45 second demo (735k) basically demonstrates where I'm currently at in this project as far as overall sound goes. (However in this demo I messed up the mix, it's too hot, vocals too loud, etc..) While your comments on the song itself are welcome, I'm more interested in your comments about the virtual instruments. Do they sound realistic, enough, etc.

Thanks for your time!

Not exactly the kind of music I listen to, but it sounded great. The guitars were convincing enough.

Excellent Munsie!
And the voice is not too loud!
A bit less compression maybe, but hard to tell with a short demo, anyway.
I think it sounds great! and professional!

Sounded pretty realistic to me. Really like what I have heard so far. When do we get to hear it all?

Hi freddynl,
Thanks for the comments! Yah, I have alot to learn about compression, mixing, etc. Thanks for the encouraging words. I did think the vocals were a bit too loud, personally I like drums and bass driving a rock song.

Hey kaboombahchuck! (Love the username.)
I'm glad you like what you heard. I wrote this as an excersise. I have decided to convert it to a proper 3:30 length song in the near future.

Thanks again for the comments everyone.
