It's been a while guys, but this topic is picking up speed. In the name of retrofitting, is this possible? Floppies fail, and while you can easily read a floppy on a PC, I was wondering if retrofitting a synth with the 3.5' version of a CF, SD or SM card.

As an example, a lot of us Sampler users (and I know this is different because its SCSI), are using these solid state drive in place of traditional hard drives and Zips:

Well. Any suggestions?
