I found this website very interesting. How do I obtain the style convert packages shown? I assume they are for sale, but nowhere on the site is there mention of cost or how to download.

This is all free stuff, it's been up for quite some years now.
Sadly the free of cost webhosts shut down the service, and I've not found time and
spirit to reupload and edit downloadable links yet.
