Hi , saw the clip a week or so ago. I don’t have a clue what he was talking about as far as Ketron sound goes. Tried changing the style extension to .mid, that did work, but I couldn’t change it back after editing . ( Sokratis on psr forum post , said not necessary, it can load as .mid , if I understood him correctly.)
The guy is making some pretty big claims, and as far as I could tell, doesn’t have access to one at time of making video.

I read the comments and apparently three weeks before this he said the Korg Pax 5 was the best arranger you could buy.

I’m open to any new arranger if it is in fact better than anything else that suits my needs. But in the case of the Event, there’s no way I would ever consider buying one simply due to the lack of dealers and backup. I want to have the reassurance that should I have a problem the solution to solve the problem will be straightforward.

I don’t know why anybody puts any weight behind it what somebody else says is “the best arranger“…

Surely that is for us to decide? I do, however, find his impressions good watching or reading, particularly as he, as opposed to most of us, has actually put his hands on one, which we certainly haven’t!

You also have to realize, in today’s heated online content, hyperbolic statements like “the best arranger ever!“ Is really just put there to generate clicks. That is how you monetize YouTube. And from this thread, it does seem like the tactic works lol!

Just remember, although you may not agree with his opinion, in all likelihood, it’s more informed than yours at the moment…

Hi that’s what I thought too , towards the end last 3 min or so, pretty sure he said he was hoping to get his hands on his friends Event?

Must have missed the part if he said he’d already tried one.
