Ok since it seems there are people here that seem to know allot about technics, I am hoping you can help

I read in my pr54 manual that you can get Rythm pattern disks. After searching on google I have not much luck.

I am looking for I guess you would class as techno /trance rythms. The pr54 comes with alot of old rock, country , disco etc but not too much in the way of "hard driving " beats. Are disks available or am i misunderstanding the meaning. I have only had it for a few weeks so not much experience with it yet, any help is apreciated

Thanks in advance

Kevin

Hi Koda

You could try a request at www.technote.com to see what they have to offer,
and i.e. Styledisk Warehouse or Carillon Studios.
I'm not sure about what KN will be compatible to your PR, but there are also
some converted styles/patterns to find who can be download for free at the web.

Good luck.

Hi Koda:

Most Technics instruments also comes with a reference manual. In it you will find other information that the owners manual doesn't cover. Thumb through the pages and see if you come across information regarding what other Technics models are compatible. The ones listed will be the software I would look into getting.

I have a PR900, and it is compatible with the the KN3000 software with a few other PR models. I also have a PR804, which is compatible with some PR's and the KN6000, KN6500 and KN7000.

You may not find much software for the PR54, but you may find the software for a compatible model that will work.

Hope this helps some...

Anthony

It says on this web site: http://www.technicskn7000.com/software.asp?catid=31
that KN7000 style files which they supply free are compatible with the PR54
