I am home and feeling good.
“Gary”-- John is a tough, old, fart, and I suspect he'll be back in the saddle in no time at all. Gary, I’ve been watching you my friend.

One big thank you to all the people who care here on SZ. Yes we are like a family, and ya just gotta love that.

My heart is back to normal. I went to a Parkinson’s support group, followed up with a specialist. He had me hold out my hands, then I walk around the room. The he said, “Yep you got it” I got pills.

Trying not to preach, I just have to share this. I do not have a strong body, and life has given me some strong blows. But 88 years and I’m still here. The tough that Gary is talking comes from the way I think. If there are 7 negatives in my life, I have 9 positives stored and ready. And every man I have met is a good man, who may at times say wrong things. Ya know Parkinsens is not all bad, it comes in handy in the morning when I scramble my eggs, and when I hold the hair dryer.

Thanks to everyone, John C.

Thank you Nigel --- for caring, and for putting this place together.

Life is still good, John C.

OMG John, I never thought that trading keyboards would cause you afib. I have had that and vfib - hopefully under control now. I played my first gig with the s975 yesterday, it felt like coming home. And I like the new features and styles too. It really is a good upgrade from the s950. I hope your health continues to improve and also hope you like the Pa1000 as much as I like the s975.

Take care and God bless.

That vfib is some serious stuff. Last year they had to shock me to get my heart back in rhythm. It hurt. Bad. REAL bad. smile
Now have Defib/Pacemaker. I hope I never need it.
You can handle this John, because you and your faith are strong and your attitude is positive.
