Hello everyone...
I have a problem with the extension of audya ssd. I have added a new ssd 128gb sata and pata ide adapter. I've seen somewhere in the forum that it can be embedded, and there is not just a pata disc..
The problem is that it does not recognize ssd, and can not format it, and all I have duly merged.
Does anyone have any experience with that?

I tried two ssd disks. Gigabyte 120gb and KingSpec 64gb, no one works ..
It may be Sandisk, or WD green series, I read in the post below to do it on audya

Hello,
I have installed the WD with me.
If you install the SSD, you have to wait a bit longer,
but your Audya boots up later.
Only then comes the message that the SSD must be formatted.
At first I also thought that it did not work.
The Audya bottet also without HD / SSD.
For me it was like that,
you have to format the SSD in any case in your Audya.
So install and wait a little longer.
I hope that it works, if the SSD is recognized as a hard drive, you get a message and format it.
Then expand again and copy your HD on it.
Unfortunately, cloning did not work for me.
But everything is going great, even the LED's as before, only a little faster.
Hope it works with your SSD.

Unfortunately I got a system up and did not offer me formatting ..
I tried two different ssd disks and the same.
I also had the transcendent of the father of the original ssd who had known it.
If it is not compatible with the GIGABYTE SSD maybe ...
I'll try with WD green ssd or sandisk
The adapter works and is correct on the computer

I ordered the adapter here https://www.ebay.com/itm/2-5-Inch-PATA-IDE-To-Serial-ATA-SATA-Card-Adapter-Converter-For-HDD-SSD-44Pin/254101747360?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Maybe I'm getting this plastic, maybe this is a problem?
What is this circuit for?

Hi,

see my picture here is no jumper installed.
The contact should be open, then it works as a master.
But look again in your instructions of this adapter.
It could be because of it.
