DonM Senior Member Registered: 06/25/99 Posts: 16735 Loc: Benton, LA, USA	We're on edge here waiting for Susan's and my nephew, Tommy Ford, to get a new kidney. He is 38, a father of four, and has been on dialysis for six years. They called him yesterday, and he went in for prep at 7 this morning and has been waiting about 10 hours for the donor kidney to arrive. Sure puts things into perspective... Latest word is that the surgery will be at 10 p.m. If you are inclined to pray for people you don't know, this would be a great time! _________________________ DonM

Didn't take quite as long as it might have because he didn't have kidneys to take out. I'm waiting to hear more, but so far so good. _________________________ DonM
