zuki Senior Member Registered: 09/20/02 Posts: 4733	Still fooling with the Blue 300. It needs very little gain and sort of hard to control because of. But it's very expressive and the pronnounced lows just are something I wasn't able to achieve before. Not sure if my Yahama MGO6X is the right mixer for it. For the 1st time this weekend, I'm going to try the mic in the 4X and see what happens. It sounded great for a couple of hours, then it started making a LOUD crackled sound every time I touched the cable wasn't seated, wasn't locking in place. I switched mics for the last few songs and will check it out later. _________________________ DonM

That's about the cost of an s970.
