Its been a few days and I've not seen any news about Don? I know several of you communicate with him on a regular basis. Please share any info about how he's doing.

Regards and thanks, ----Dave Rice

Hi Dave, I'm still hanging in there. I'm at home most of the time, taking antibiotics for the infection that I got after surgery. It seems to be getting better, but the real test will be when I stop the antibiotics. That will be some time yet though.
The medicine is really strong and makes me feel bad, so I haven't felt much like talking about it. Home health care was coming every day to clean it and change the bandage but Susan has started doing it now that it's better. At least the packing has been removed now.
I worked last Friday and Saturday and plan to again this weekend. Tires me out, but better than just sitting at home. I don't have to move anything, just show up and play.
Thank you for asking my friend.
Not much to talk about on the forum since I am happy with my keyboard and p.a. system. smile

Nice surprise hearing from "The Man" himself. Glad to hear you are keeping things in "the middle of the road" my friend. Let's hope the tonic of playing and singing will help get you through this ordeal. Hopefully, in a few weeks or possibly a few more, you'll once again be the "energizer bunny" around here.

Take it slow, take care and let us know about your progress when it's convenient. One of my greatest regrets in life was missing the Shreveport JAM. So many great keyboard performers were in attendance and I'm guessing we won't see that happen again. At least many of us can sit on the sidelines and listen to all the legends about that event... which you so masterfully orchestrated.

All the best, ----Dave Rice

Did not know you're so good at French Donny laugh
Found what you wrote at Google translate, myself I don't speak French.

That said, I like snow far better when it comes down as water,
and I have no need for break my legs by stumle and fall on ski. laugh
