Oh boy,

In this arranger business one should have money. Why SD9 OR Genos? Why not SD9 AND Genos!!! Both are amazing.

Actually where it comes to styles...
The SD9 is much more innovative then the Genos..

Genos blows away the SD9 tough where it comes to individuall sounds..

At to that list the PA4x that has all the edditing and direct controll features onboard the pro's like so much

And you have 3 very viable choices...

This is a good news smile
A very nice keyboard, an evolution but not a revolution.

watching the videos there is SOOOOO much adjustments being made on the fly I don't see many players doing all that which in a nursing home scenario or having to take their hands off the keyboard all thruout the song again and again to make adjustments, sweeping synth pads, etc, etc, while playing do you?

Thats true... but you can prepare most of them and then use performance memmories to switch... for most people they are more a preparation tool then a live tool..

Altough, if you play like a deejay... with set chords or midi file... you will only play right hand .. and you will have your left hand free for comtrolling everything during a performance...

Talking about midi files... what happened to the markers?

I just watched two hours of demos and if I were not retired, and in better health, I would have my order in at Franks by the end of the day.

Yep, it could happen. Only one serious buyer so far, but they have to round up some serious cash as well. smile

Henni,
You are sure right. It would be neat to have the PA4X and the SD9 Pro along with the Genos. Wow - $$$$$

That's funny because when my wife asked me this morning if I was going to buy a Genos that's what I said-am I going to buy a Ferrari? It would make as much sense. Great keyboard though.:)

Actually Tony that is exactly my plan-to buy one of each companies TOTL keyboard when I stop gigging. Even my wife is on board with the idea! So for the next several years I guess I will only eat at home, never go see a movie, and do other dollar saving things. NOT!!! When the time comes if I can pay cash for them I will buy them - otherwise I'll just wish. Heck, my kids don't need it.

I love my Audya
But man oh man
This sounds sweet
Audya has some serious catching up to do
Especially on the OS touchscreen hardware end
And the sounds of this Genos are pretty darn good
If Ketron could team up with Yamaha, would be sweet
