Bachus Senior Member Registered: 03/02/06 Posts: 7143	With summer Namm comming up it seems Korg is going to finally release the Grand Stage ... Its a baby from a Kronos and an SV1... with 5 engines from the Kronos and 2 new (organ Vox and continental) engines.. and a stunning 6 acoustic grand piano's build in. However, nothing there the Kronos cant do in the end... Bachus Senior Member Registered: 03/02/06 Posts: 7143	There will also be a 76 key organ version of this called the Vox Continental It will be red, with a totally different interface, aimed mor at organs.. But it will have the same 7 synth engines.. hD1, SGX-1, EP1, AL1, GX3, Farfisa and offcourse VOX It was shown at musikmesse, but still has to be anounced. Cutting thru a mix is simply a matter of correct EQ...Both are very good IMO ....but I prefer the more natural ROLAND sound when it comes to certain instruments like Piano, Organ, EP,etc...... The grand stage has special mono samples of all their piano's so they can be used in the mix, which works much better then stereo sampled piano's that tend to get lost...
