There are sources on the Internet - including a website named Generalmusic and a Wikipedia entry - which state that GEM, LEM and ELKA products will be manufactured again in 2015, including re-releases and completely new models! The company has obviously been purchased by a Finish investor, and production is said to be set up in Finland.

You can find out a little bit more about this Finnish investor if you click on 'Talk' in the Wikipedia text and read the discussion in the paragraph 'Bankrupcy'. Obviously this investor already bought the brand name and some parts of the facilities in 2012/2013.

I think they said somewhere products were planned for the second half of 2015. I hope that wasn't a "pie in the sky"...

Musikmesse would be a good moment to introduce the new instruments to the world

I just hope they are not only rebuilging the old instruments, but also creating new and innovative instrumetns...
