Just curious.

Any of you Yamaha players adding the PA4X to your Arsenal?

Interesting looking keyboard.

Nice size...more reasonable cost vs Tyros

Since I've never owned or played Korg, I'm just curious as to a comparison or thoughts on this keyboard.

I may get one in the future. After my recent experience with Ketron SD7, I will not be a "beta tester" again.
I will wait until it has been out a while and then investigate more closely. Seems as if it will be a winner, but then so is the Pa3X!

I may consider the Pa4x, have the Pa3x and a T5 now. I enjoy both arrangers, but will need to demo the Pa4x, fortuantely AudioWorksCt is just under a 2 hour drive from where I live so a demo is a short drive away. At some point I hope the take a road trip there with our friend TonyMads and demo one.

Time will tell but I didn't purchase the Pa3x until over a year after its release. The real bottom line is I've got all I need. I'm retired now and we're doing some traveling too so the 4x could go on the back burner ( maybe? )! The bad news I do have that addiction "GAS" i.e. gear acquistion syndrome.

Hi!
I got my PA4X two weeks ago. Have not had much time to play it yet, but the little I have played so far, I am very satisfied. T5 sounds great, especially the guitar sounds (that's why I bought it)
T5 and PA4X is a great combination for me.

I'm thinking, if I do get another arranger, it won't be until 2017 or so.

By then, we should have some idea of what a Tyros 6(or its replacement) will be. And the PA 4X will be established.

Truth is, after buying the PSR S970, I'm in no big hurry. Each time I gig with this arranger, I'm more impressed with it. For me, it's so close to the quality of my Tyros 4, that it's a joy to gig with.
