I'm getting more comfortable recording directly from my Yamaha PSR S750. Before when I had to post something to one of the forums I had to make a CD and then change the .wav file to .mp3 by ripping the CD on my computer. On the 750 it saves a .wav file to a USB thumb drive and I can load that file into Audacity and play with it. I've experimented a bit but this recording of "Singin' In the Rain" is the one I'm most happy with so far. I really hated wasting a whole CD for one song; but my digital recorder has no interface for computer. This direct from keyboard recording method will save a lot on CD's. The Scotchman in me approves.
