Eric Persing apparently was the magic behind all the great samples of the 1990s Roland expansion boards, much more than a presenter, an incredible sound engineer.

A buddy of mine has a V-Piano...what a lovely instrument to play. He's playing his through a Yamaha Stagepas 500 and it sounds perfect!

Yes he is... Eric along with Dan, programmed the JX8p and JX10..He continued sound design with Roland after his demo days in the late 80's..

Later he started his company "Spectrasonics"..
