Hey Boo, great to see you...I was wondering where you wandered off to.

The shredding 11 year old was interesting and took some mechanical ability, for sure. But, these two are playing material of substance. There's a good chance that they were making up some of the improvisational variations in real time!

GREAT STUFF...way harder than the previous example, distorted tones and all.

Ian, Not being critical it's just that hi tech as far as I go was sequencing what I did to play my sax years ago. Now I mostly do vocals and keyboard which isn't often. I'm a dying breed. All the new keyboards on earth mean nothing to me and it's a good thing because I don't make or have much money to buy a new one anyway. Ha ha! I'm not a gear hog and I have no interest in Cadillacs or anything else that I can't afford. LOL

So, I mostly lurk. I can't rib anyone cause I'd get banned, then I couldn't say anything any hoe.

I don't have much in common with lots of the folks here. For instance to me Andreas has already at twelve forgotten more about the guitar and music in general then the other kid will ever know. The other kid is making noise and Andreas is making music plain and simple. Apples and Oranges.

Sorry I took your quote Diki, but it's easier to understand then to start explaining raise 9ths, 13ths, so on and so forth verses hitting a string or a chord and bending the bender. It annoys me to no end.

In 5 more years Andreas will be able to play any jazz tunes with any jazz group making no money. The other kid will still be playing E, A, and D and bending the bender and making all of the money.

However, who really is the prodigy , in the field of music? Kids clanging chords and bending benders are a dime a dozen. Andreas is one in a zillion. Once more I ask, who really is the prodigy?
