Hi, I'm looking for a CDRW compatible with my VS1680. Plextor W1210TSE or W1240TSE have been mentioned, JVC has also been mentioned although apparently the model is not available anymore. I have also heard stories that only Roland's CDRW will work. Does anyone have a definitive answer??

I was always told that ONLY a Roland unit will work. Guitar center is selling the new Roland rackmount CDR at a reduced price. It seems like a great dea - it has an extra expansion bay for a scond drive too.
