I have queried Thomann (music store) on upgrade of RAM in my AUDYA that I bought in 2009. Thomann has informed me of the following:
“The Ketron Audya has 64mb ram, and the upgrade has 128mb, so then you would have 192 mb ram.
Please notice, that only the audya models after 2010 are possible to upgrade.”

Does anyone know if this information is correct, then it is not possible to get upgrade RAM of the keyboard.

i hear there is a 1GB RAM expansion coming...

yes possible..but some first series audya needs soldering..
