Nice work...tasty playing...the Nord organ sound is very good, and I can understand why you use it instead of the slightly less capable Korg.

One of my favorite tunes, by the way.

thank you all for your references

and Dnj I use two keyboards since the B3 sound on the NORD, sounds close to the real one .

thanks

Interesting approach to my favorite Leon Russell song. Quasi-jazz runs over a Bossa like format. Very pleasant.

Now it's working again...

I thought it was real nice playing, with terrific runs. Maybe an EQ tweak would have made it even better, but still outstanding. Nice work.

Thanks for sharing.

This is just my opinion and in no way is meant to detract from the performance. I think you have to be careful about how you use 'runs'. Too much and it can compromise their effectivness. You have to remember what the song is about, how strong the basic melody is, and how much embellishment it really needs. If you listen to the George Benson version, which is sort of the signature version, he embellishes it just enough to make a strong jazz statement but still maintain the essense, the spirit, the message, of the tune. Of course, this is all subjective and NO ONE can say what your interpretation should be. I also agree with Diki that the expression pedal should be present and evident whenever using an organ voice in a solo role.

Just my observations though. BTW, I am also a Nord fan (I have a C1 and C2D). Nice job and nice playing.
