Tony,

as I mentioned the other day in one of the threads, I guess it will be about mid of April for 4.0.
When Drumremix posted his thread, it seems it was very early and he tooks the text from the Ketron homepage (Messe news). At this time the sentence about OS version 4.0 was still in. If you look now to the Ketron home page, they still talking about 4 exciting releases, but if you really count them, there are only 3 releases left. The sentence about OS 4.0 has disapeared.......

Joe

May be today was the first day they really used OS4, and there could have been a few suprises that they didn't expect. (bugs, oh noooo) Lucky you Tony, you still have your socks on, me too.

Skude,

OS4 looks like April now, hope it's not April 1st. and we are the fools! Audyas will have OS4 on when Ketron do the UK roadshow next week, we will be able to hear it but not have it and we have paid for it and am booked in on the April 1 roadshow, no fool like an old fool.

OS4 available shortly after the Frankfurt show.
Audya 4 and 5 are not quite identical technically.
Memory expandable to 256MB, OS4 factory-installed, etc.
Usb 2?
Prices in Europe are Audya 5 to 4200th and 3800th for Audya 4 subject

Tony - thats at Rogers Music, I will be there with Robert. be good to finally meet you!

The Audya's on the roadshow will have OS4, yes. As far as I am aware its just a matter of compiling the OS and Audio parts into one installable package. I won't know for sure until after Frankfurt myself now.

By the way I just had a suprise delivery of an Audya 4 and 5! The module look much better than it does on the pictures (someone said it was ugly and I kind of thought so too) But actually its fine.

TWD,

Excuse me - we have more Ketron dealers than the USA, isn't that a good reason enough for you to stay. Hosptial food is great in the UK and it's free to anyone who comes here, and I mean anyone! Only thing I have against the British - we are stupid including me!

Stand for the Audya 4 Module?
I notice in the demo's (German guy) the Module is connected to a stand, looks really neat and available for programming and so on, is this going to be an optional extra, or is it included, and if it isn't either of both, then where can one get one when I get the Audya 4. By the way still waiting to hear on the official release date of OS4 and price Aus dollars, and will want to hear from the current Audya users as to how it is going re OS 4 bugs if any. Loved what I saw in the preentations Messe, and I think Audya may have come to age

looks like a typical ultimate support, on-stage stand , used to hold mixers, drum machines, recorders, etc,

available at any music shop
