I did not understand one thing: what is the "programs40A.prg" and what has changed from the original? Why do I need to replace it?
Thanks

prgrams40A.prg is the file that keeps all of your Programs in. whenever you make a change and press save this file is overwritten by the Audya. So if you do make up your own programs its good to know that you can always make a backup of that file.

If you replace it with the one I created, It has Sokrati's Programs already set up to save you the process of loading each individual program and then modifying the sounds within to match the RAM locations of the MSP files.

If your not comfortable changing the programs40A.prg file just follow Sokratis original instructions.

then assuming that I want to load at startup in addition to the sounds that I already loaded , two of these , as I do? I load them, I modify the program as he said with. Msp and save everything in my file. Rbk. right?

thats correct. It helps greatly to have the MSP files in the INSTRUMENTS folder though. I have made another folder inside. This enables autoloading.

Hi, when connected to computer Audy, System component does not appear to me. How can otherwise get Socratis sounds in my Audy? Sorry about my English, I am from Slovakia. Thank you.

Without DSP effect play only MSP....

IMPORTANT:
To played correct the sounds, should to install also the Programs that I have made...

Please see the Info from Darren.

1) Download the zip file and unzip it to your desktop (or wherever)
2) connect the Audya to your computer
3) Back Up your "programs40A.prg" file (located in your Audya Hard Drive: SYSTEM/INIT )
4) Copy the contents of the "sokratis_synths.zip" to the audya making sure everything goes in the correct place:
- "sokrates.rbk" and the "vintage_synth" folder both go in ":/instruments" folder
- "programs40A.prg" goes in the ":/system/init" folder
5) disconnect your audya from you computer.
6) On the audya select the RAM INS button, then press the EDIT button.
7) scroll down until you see "SOKRATES.RBK" and press F8; A.Load ON (if its already ON, turn it OFF first)
8) Press EXIT again
9) Press SAVE
10) Select Custom Start Up.
11)Turn OFF the Audya and then Turn it back ON.
12) Press the PROGRAM button and then the Effect/SFX tab. You should have 1 and half pages of Sokrates excellent vintage synths.

I think that should do it.
