How do most of us here save registration, as a block or single?
I'd love to recall registration by # and have the Audya5 stay on the main page at all time like instead of having to hit F2 for registration all the time. On my SD1 as long as registration button was on, all the digits number call up registration not the styles, wonder if there's a way to do it, thanks!

Since I am in the middle of adding registrations, I have been saving alabetically in singles. I tried block before the update and they did not respond well. I will have to try blocks again with the update.

My update has been very stable so far.

Hi Bernie, so did u organize it alphabetically, and how do u recall them, by numeric or using the wheel? do you have to push f2 button everytime u want to recall them by numeric? Like I said before on SD1 mainview as long as registration button is on, the numeric change u enter will result in registration change not the style

I have a 76 and and simply search the first letter or two, and it is right there. In the menue/keyboard control/Utility/p3 or 4, there is a choice of numeric or Alphabetical. You can switch back and forth at will.

Since the registrations are self numbering/lettering, I haven't organized anything, although I may in "Blocks" if they behave.

As far as your SD1 method, I have no knowledge. I am new to Ketron.

I use only single regs. and have them by number. If you have the reg. button on, you can recall any reg. (from the folder you are in) by typing the number you want. remember to have the numeric on (user 3/8) Don't think you can be in main view while doing this.

thanks Skude, that's exactly what I would like to do, stay in main view, and still able to numerically change registration, guess I just have to get use to it

Cam you just save your performances by name and put them in different genre folders also?

Sure
Reg's can be saved as singles, and any singles can be put in group folders any way you like.
